It is one thing when you win contests within the country, and it is another when you represent your country in contests. This year, three of our elementary students won in various Mathematics competitions held outside the country. Lyonel Justin L. Ching, Harrold Evian S. Lee, and Jershon Ainsleigh E. Ang have yet again proven the competitiveness of Jubilee students.

Lyonel Justin L. Ching of grade 5-Kepler showed off his Math skills and came home as the overall champion when MTG sponsored him to participate in the 2014 Hua Cup International Olympics Mathematics Final Competition held in Hong Kong last July 20.  He also participated and brought home the first prize in the 10th Asia Cup Stars of the Olympic Maths Finals which was held on the same day.

Harrold Evian S. Lee, another student from grade 5-Kepler, was sponsored by the Sakamoto to participate in the 11th World Mathematics Competition 2014 held in Singapore last April 12 and proudly finished second place with a silver medal.

Jershon Ainsleigh E. Ang of grade 6-Keats, with the sponsorship of MTG, participated in the 2014 International Mathematics Competition “Enjoy Mathematics Summer Camp” in China last July 26-29.  He successfully emerged as second place in the individual category, third place in the relay team competition, and third place in the overall team competition.

These students are continuously making their parents, teachers, school, and country proud. They are a living testimony of the great things in store for those who train, persevere, and work hard while giving back all the glory and honor to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All praise be unto God! ?
