We thank the Lord for the students He has entrusted to Jubilee Christian Academy (JCA). We look forward to the new students to be nurtured by the School for School Year 2024-2025.

Admissions in JCA is done selectively based on the results of aptitude, psychological and health assessment, academic records, character evaluation, and student and parent acceptance of the School’s philosophy, mission, vision, objectives, and policies as well as willingness to partner with the School for its development.

ADMISSIONS FOR NEW STUDENTS   

Please follow the procedures for our admissions process.

1. Check the requirements for the department you are applying for. 

2. Fill up our online application form. 

            2.1 Use Google Chrome as web browser to access this application link: APPLY NOW 

            2.2 Click APPLY and follow the steps to complete your applicant profile within 30 minutes to  prevent the application from expiring.

            2.3 After completing the application process, you will receive an Applicant’s ID number and password. In the same page, there is also a link where you can start uploading the application requirements. 

3. Upload all the required documents. 

     If you’re unable to upload documents immediately, you can revisit the Applicant Access Module when ready. 

            3.1 Log in with your username and password.

            3.2 Click Application Status.

            3.3 Upload all the required documents.

            3.4 For the Medical and Mental Health Form, click this link Medical Information Form, SY 2024-2025. Print/download, accomplish and upload it in the APPLICANT ACCESS MODULE.

4. Application Review and Payment

            4.1 After uploading all your documents, our admissions team will review them. Please wait for an email notification that includes instructions for proceeding with the payment and the assessment schedule. 

            4.2 The assessment fee of Php 1,650 is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Please click Bank Payment Details for more information.

            4.3 Email the proof of payment to admissions@jca.edu.ph and cashier@jca.edu.ph.

5. Assessment

            5.1 Assessment will be done onsite. 

            5.2 Admissions will email the assessment schedule and the procedure.

            5.3 Re-assessment

                   5.3.1 Applicant who is unable to attend / complete the first assessment schedule for any valid reason may reapply for another assessment schedule.

                   5.3.2 To request a new schedule, please email Admissions at admissions@jca.edu.ph

                   5.3.3 Pay the re-assessment fee of Php 450.00 through the Bank Payment Details.

                   5.3.4 Email the proof of payment to admissions@jca.edu.ph and cashier@jca.edu.ph to receive the re-assessment schedule.

                   5.3.5 Show up at the rescheduled time.

6.  Assessment Results

            Result of the application can be viewed by the parents within seven (7) working  days after the assessment date in the Applicant Access Module.

            6.1 Encode your username and password.

            6.2 Click Application Status and read the decision on your application; orientation  and other details will appear if your child is accepted.

ADMISSIONS FOR RETURNING STUDENTS (Transferred and on LOA)

JCA welcomes its former students to study again in JCA. Please see the following re-admission procedures to JCA:

            1. Click Re-admission Application Form, fill-in the form from January 3 to July 1, 2024.

            2. If your child has pursued studies in another school / other modes of learning, SY 2023-2024 :

                   2.1 Submit official report card, SY 2023-2024 , duly signed by school official.

                   2.2 Ratings should have no failure in any subject with a general average of 83 and a deportment rating of B- or above.

                   2.3 Attend summer classes in schools accredited by the Department of Education (DepEd) and submit your grades to the Registrar’s Office by the end of enrolment in July 2024, based on the following condition(s):

                               2.3.1 With one failing subject.

                               2.3.2 No Chinese and/or Filipino were studied for Grade 1 and upper levels.

If summer class in DepEd accredited school is not available, Registrar will discuss other arrangements to make up for the deficiency.

            2.3 If children have not studied in SY 2023-2024, re-admission is in the grade level succeeding their last grade level.
