Celebrating the Triumphs of Online Learning

It was a an experience truly one for the books as Junior High School  School students successfully completed one year of learning and growing which culminated in the first virtual Grades 7 to 9 Student Recognition Program held last June 10, 2021.

The gathering brought together the Grade 7 to 9 students, their parents and families, the JHS Department personnel, and JCA school leadership in a live program hosted via Zoom. It was a delightful afternoon of celebrating the success of the students filled with recollection of experiences and memories of the school year. Indeed, God has enabled all the JHS students and JCA to triumph over the challenges of the new normal.

The program, hosted by Mr. Carl John B. Abanador, featured awarding the students for their achievements in the academics, deportment, Christian Formation, and Student Activities; recognizing the top awardees in each grade level; awarding the first Most Valuable Parent Awardees for Grades 7 and 8, Mrs. Evangeline Co and Mrs. Ivy Lim; enjoyable and creatively done batch performances prepared by the students, Class Advisers, and Subject Teachers; meaningful speeches from the students, and the update on the Jubilee Center that made everyone all the more look forward to when everyone can gather together in the campus once again.

The well-attended Recognition Program was a fitting offering to our faithful Lord and a tribute to everyone who has enabled our students to succeed this school year 2020-2021. Most of all, the program was a testament of the work that the Lord has done in and through JCA this school year.
