The Christmas Spirit Lives on in JHS

The Junior High School Department (JHS) and the different JHS classes held their Christmas celebration virtually on December 22, 2020. To celebrate the season of remembering the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ, each section held their different Christmas programmes in unique fashion–through themed outfits, common food that the class enjoyed together, virtual exchange gifts, fun games, and meaningful sharing. Indeed, it was a time to pause to remember God’s goodness and give thanks for His unfailing love for everyone this 2020.

Prior to holding their class celebrations, each level gathered together for a batch Christmas get-together where the High School Student Council (HS-SC) organized performances from the High School Orchestra and the High School Choir. The winning batches from the HS-SC Christmas contest were also announced.

 

In the different class celebrations, Class Advisers, Subject Teachers, and students, shared a fun time of recalling things they are thankful for this 2020. They also played games such as Christmas Karaoke, Kahoots, the ever present Pinoy Henyo, to name some. Students and Teachers also did a virtual exchange gift naming a gift they would like to gift a person that gets picked in the virtual roulette. Not to be missed are fun class photos and themed attires to spice up the celebration. At the end of it all, everyone exclaimed that it was nonetheless a meaningful Christmas gathering to remember the Reason for this season–Jesus Christ.
