Just like in traditional learning environments, a parent’s role and impact on student success is both critical and obvious especially now that there is an added engagement required from parents in online learning.

On September 1 and 2, instead of meeting the students, the teachers scheduled “Meet The Parents” sessions to orient the parents of the different expectations of the online learning. The sessions were done per class.

The parents  met the teachers of their children. They also had a chance to navigate the Google Meet and Google Classroom as they will be assisting their children in class.

The parents were encouraged to ask questions in the Clearing The Doubts portion of the program.

Lastly, the School appreciated the parents for their untiring support and partnership and seek their understanding as everyone explores the new learning tools and online platform.
