Nursery’s Helping Hands

As part of the first quarter’s Lightbulb activities, Nursery students enjoy learning about colors and body parts through iDiscover and iCreate activities.

iDiscover activities allow students to perform science-based experiments to explore the world around them. In this activity, students learned about mixing primary colors in order to create secondary colors.

Students were given drops of paint into their hands. Then, they clasped their hands to mix the colors and saw the paint change color.

Through iCreate, students are freely able to express themselves as well as exercise their creativity. The Expression boards in the classroom allow students to post their artworks.

These were self-portraits the Nursery students did.

They also learn how to collaborate with one another. Nursery students traced both their hands with the help of their classmates.

Lightbulb activities aim to encourage students to be more creative, active, and collaborative. These activities are the School’s continuous efforts to internationalize the Preschool.
