An Epitome of a Confident and Empowered Youth

On October 4, 2020, Chloe Barraza of Grade 12 Hudson Taylor was featured on ‘I Feel U’ Season 2, hosted by Ms. Toni Gonzaga. In the segment, Mga Makabagong Dalagang Pilipina, Chloe was among the young, confident and empowered Filipina teenagers who were featured.

Chloe shared how her online baked goods business became successful. Baking is one of her interests thus she sought out opportunities to further develop her baking skills by attending workshops even at an early age. She learned how to experiment with baking through watching Youtube videos. She also gives credit to her mom, who had tirelessly supported her baking endeavors and for having introduced her to baking. Her parents, who are successful in their business venture, inspired Chloe to follow their footsteps in being a young entrepreneur herself.

Chloe’s business has started to make a name in the social media for its delectable and unique flavors, thus it got the attention of the ABS-CBN show. She said that it was challenging in the beginning, but through determination and hardwork she was able to achieve this milestone in her life thus far.
