ADMISSIONS AT JCA

We thank the Lord for the students He has entrusted to Jubilee Christian Academy (JCA) and look forward to welcoming and nurturing new students in the 2027–2028 school year.

Admissions at JCA are conducted selectively based on the results of aptitude, psychological and health assessments, academic records, character evaluation, and the student and parent’s acceptance of the School’s philosophy, mission, vision, objectives, and policies, as well as their willingness to partner with the School for the student’s development.

How to Apply

Follow these four steps to complete your application.

01Online Application

1.1 Access the online application using Google Chrome.

1.2 Click APPLY and follow the steps to complete your applicant profile within 30 minutes to prevent the application from expiring.

Print/download and accomplish the JCA Medical Information Form, then upload the completed form in the Applicant Access Module.



03 Application Review, Payment, & Assessment

After uploading all your documents, our Admissions Team will review your application. Please wait for an email notification with instructions for proceeding with the payment and assessment schedule.

Application & Testing Fee

PHP 1,800 — non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please refer to the Bank Payment Details for payment instructions.

Email your proof of payment to admissions@jca.edu.ph and cashier@jca.edu.ph.

Assessment
Assessment will be conducted onsite. Admissions will email the assessment schedule and procedure.

04 Check Your Results

The result of the application can be viewed within seven (7) working days after the assessment date through the Applicant Access Module.

ADMISSIONS FOR RETURNING STUDENTS

(Transferred and on LOA)

JCA welcomes its former students to study again at JCA. Please see the following re-admission procedures:

1. Click the Re-admission Application Form and fill in the form from January 5 to July 3, 2027.

2. If your child has pursued studies in another school or through other modes of learning during SY 2026–2027:

2.1 Submit the official report card for SY 2026–2027, duly signed by a school official.

2.2 Ratings should have no failures in any subject, with a general average of 83 and a deportment rating of B- or above.

2.3 Attend summer classes in schools accredited by the Department of Education (DepEd) and submit your grades to the Admissions Office by the end of enrollment in July 2027, based on the following condition(s):

2.3.1 With one failing subject.

2.3.2 No Chinese and/or Filipino was studied for Grade 1 and upper levels.

Note: If summer class in a DepEd-accredited school is not available, the Admissions Officer will discuss other arrangements to make up for the deficiency.

3. If your child did not study during SY 2026–2027, re-admission will be in the grade level succeeding their last grade level.
